Friday Oct 5th

Murtoa A & P 128th Show

9:30 - 5:30pm

Equestrian events, historic display, children's and teen's rides, animal nursery and entertainment all day. The fantastic Wimmera Youth & Community huge Fun Van  will be on the oval.

GrainCorp Art Exhibition & Official Opening of Big Weekend

8 - 11pm

Bar open, good food, Annabelle's live piano, prizes awarded. Guest judge Alison Eggleton from the Horsham Art Gallery, Mechanics Hall.  Brett Tyack photo display.   A GALA event for Murtoa.

Saturday Oct 6th

Monster Street Market

8am - 1pm

Over 40 great stalls. Roving entertainment from International juggler "the Great dave",, busking competition, library marquee, children's rides, breakfast BBQ, motorbike display, food, drinks and more, AND the exciting Wimmera Youth & Community Centre Fun Van too.

Stick Shed Open

11am - 4pm

Now this attraction IS worth a visist to Murtoa.

Heritage Victoria listed building - see why it is such a drawcard.

Car parking at site - just East of township on Wimmera Highway. You cannot miss it !

Dunmunkle Sumpoiler's Annual Vintage Rally (Day 1)

10 - 6pm

Features the massive Inland Freezing works engines, displays, family fun.  Swap Meet Sat morning only.  Rupanyup Rd - Murtoa East.

Murtoa K & J Baker Cup Day Races

Afternoon fun for all. Lots of entertainment - A Great Day Out !

Live Music at the Showgrounds - 6.00pm - late

Featuring Mick Thomas and "Roving Commission" with Sal Kimber and the Rollin Wheels live at the Showgrounds supported by local artists. BBQ Tea and Refreshmens available courtesy Minyip/murtoa Football and Netball Club.

Sunday Oct 7th

Writers Breakfast workshop

8.45-10am

With Guest Bondy (of Town Crier background)

Ecumenical Church Service

11 - 12noon

Supper rooms, followed by a Lions Club BBQ lunch.
